She’s structured and negotiated hundreds of endorsement deals, sponsorships, co-branded product launches, and content production agreements, including multi-million-dollar partnerships with athletes and influencers. Her specialty is bridging the gap between legal, business partnerships and marketing: she builds contracts and playbooks that protect intellectual property while moving at the speed of social media, and steers cross-functional teams through NCAA and FTC rules to bring innovative campaigns across the finish line. In short, she is passionate about athletes rights, sports and authentic purpose driven partnerships, and thrive on crafting mutually beneficial deals that elevate both.

Beyond the deal room, she’s a lifelong athlete and content creator known as “Sany Delight.” She’s built a fitness and lifestyle community with over 40K+ followers across social media, providing her with firsthand insight into influencer marketing and authentic brand building. She’s also deeply committed to an “athlete-first” approach: She’s advised over 20 collegiate athletes on monetizing their Name, Image, and Likeness and delivered NIL compliance workshops to help young athletes navigate new opportunities.
